Phoenix was founded by project professionals from the design-build/construction management arena. This experience enables us to thoroughly understand the construction materials and methods. Our extensive experience with Design/Build projects and hands-on knowledge of construction leads us to design with constructability and sustainability in mind, using Value Engineering where prudent.
